Baby Sister | San Antonio Newborn Photographer

A few days ago, I drove down to San Antonio for this beautiful baby girl’s newborn portraits. Look at her gorgeous hair! Her brother is just as sweet as can be, very loving and gentle with his new baby sister. Be sure to scroll down and look at the last sneek peek photo in this post – quite possibly my favorite sibling/newborn portrait ever! I have one more that I didn’t show because I’m saving it for the “H” family’s private gallery. Also, a big thank you to my SIL, Michelle, for accompanying me on this session too! It was wonderful to have her company and extra help!:)

Beautiful Family | Austin Children’s Photographer

Last weekend I spent part of the morning with this beautiful family out in Lakeway. Little “C” took a while to warm up to the idea of me following him around with a camera but I was able to coax a few smiles out of him towards the end of the session.:)He’s a gorgeous boy even while looking serious! His little brother, baby “C” is just as cute as can be. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek, “O” family!!!

Beautiful Miss J | Austin Newborn Photographer

This gorgeous 5 week old baby girl stole my heart last week! She slept for a good 30 minute stretch outdoors in the 90 degree summer weather, allowing me to capture these adorable portraits! She even let me put on this adorable fruit hat that her mommy bought for her! Isn’t she sweet? Enjoy your sneak peek, “C” family!

Little Miracles | Austin Newborn Photographer

This week I met these beautiful identical twin baby girls for their long-awaited newborn photo session! They are just as cute and chubby as can be, hard to believe that they were born extremely premature. Little miracles for sure. They made us work extra hard for these precious sleeping shots. I’m going back in a couple more weeks for more portraits of these precious babies, so be sure to check back around the end of the month for more from this duo! Enjoy your sneak peek, “D” family!

Gorgeous Destin, FL | Austin Children’s Photographer

We took a (much needed) family vacation to Destin, Florida last week! We had a fabulous time! The boys LOVED the white sand beaches and splashing in the ocean. (And the sand really is that white and the ocean is that aquamarine blue!) We stayed in the Sandestin resort, which is just south of Destin. Highly recommend it!

I apologize if I’ve been late in replying to emails or returning phone calls. Our hotel had a very sloooow internet connection and after day 2 of waiting for web pages to load, I gave up on trying. Thank goodness for my iphone or I would have been completely out of touch with the world.:)

I’ll be responding to emails and voicemails today so if you are waiting to hear back, thanks for your patience! I’ll be mailing out my next batch of photography orders later this week too!

Here are some pictures of our time in Destin… (more are on my facebook page – add me as your friend!)

PS. If you are interested in a beach photography session in TX or FL, definitely send me an email!! I would love an excuse to go back to the beach!:)

These are beautiful, Elle! Makes me want to visit Destin RIGHT NOW! :)

Nicole - July 14, 2009 - 12:47 PM

Beautiful, Elle! I totally need to go there sometime. Glad you were able to get away with your beautiful family!

Stephanie - July 15, 2009 - 11:05 PM

SUPER pics!!! Glad you guys had a good time. We leave for Destin in a few weeks…getting excited!!!

Sorry we missed you on the way back – we’ll have to schedule an Austin trip here soon and maybe we can meet up :)

Thanks for the comment on the video…actually just using the video setting on my old Canon Point and Shoot. We had a video camera a while back but the trio poured milk on it from their bottles and we keep putting off replacing it. The point and shoot seems to work just fine though!!!

Keri Doolittle Photo - July 16, 2009 - 10:39 AM

That first pic is just stunning!!! Love these!
