Meet little Miss “A”. I got to spend part of my morning with her early this week and I left her home with baby fever once again. It’s a good thing that I get to snuggle baby girls as often as I do, or I would seriously be begging my hubby to try for a baby girl! Just look at this bundle of joy…

I forgot to mention that little miss adorable is almost 2 months old and was awake for most of the session. She’s seriously so cute that I barely noticed that she didn’t sleep but 10 minutes the entire morning.

And when I flipped her over on her belly for some head-on-hands poses, she showed off her most amazing baby trick… lifting herself up off my beanbag! My prediction is she will be an early crawler! Her mommy will definitely have to get back to me on that one! Enjoy your sneak peek, “H” family!

One of the things I love most about my job is having the priviledge of photographing my clients again and again. I absolutely love it. This handsome little guy was 3 months old when I first met him and look at him now… 6 months old and look at those baby blues now!

Little “Q” was such a happy baby when we met at Mayfield park last week! I had so much fun photographing him again. Thank you for your patience, “H” family while it took me a bit longer to get your sneak peeks up! I am really enjoying my newborn sessions recently! Two more on my calendar for this week! Yay!

Meet miss “L”, by far the smiliest baby I’ve had! She is just a little doll and once she fell asleep (during the last 30 min of our session), I went to work fast!! Her brother is definitely going to break some hearts one day too! Enjoy your sneak peek, “E” family! I couldn’t decide on a few sneak peeks tonight, so you’re going to get a bunch!!

I got to meet my Portraits of Love contest winner this week and her beautiful 1 month old baby boy, “Z” - what a strong alert baby he is! He was determined to remember everything about our session by staying awake and lifting his head (and upper body!) each time I would try to “pose” him in the basket! Strong little man! His daddy is on active duty serving our country in Iraq. He was able to come home for 2 weeks to be there for his son’s birth. Only 2 weeks. So these portraits of love are for Z’s brave daddy - here is your gorgeous baby boy, now 1 month old. Stay safe and thank you for serving our country and defending our liberty!

This sweet baby boy is an amazing, amazing answer to prayer and a true testimony of God’s love and grace. He just turned 3 months old and such a handsome little guy! Sweet baby “N” was just 9 days old at her newborn photo session with me last week. I brought with me an almost 100 year old wooden trencher bowl and some fun fabric to wrap her in (see the last photo) for a more artsy setup. I was super excited to try out the wooden trencher bowl because I’ve been looking for the perfect trencher for months! I finally settled on the one I bought, and it’s a massive bowl at 33 inches long! I love the photos of baby “N” in the bowl. Enjoy your sneak peek, “C” family!

I really enjoyed spending the morning with the “R” family last week and their adorable new baby girl, Miss “E”. I’m in love with her name! (Makes me think of one of my favorite country songs every time I hear it.) This new family of 4 is absolutely gorgeous! They were so much fun to photograph.
