One plus one equals double the fun! My favorite duo just turned one years old during their photo session – how cool is that? They were born just minutes before 12 noon and as the clock raced towards their official first birthdays, the twins were on the grass nom nom noming on their smash cakes! A true photo finish to their first year of life! Enjoy your sneak peek, “F” family! It’s been a blast watching your babies grow up!

I met this sweet boy at his newborn session a year ago and look at him now! You might recognize him because he’s graced the front page of my blog a few times over the last year.He really enjoyed the balloons his mommy brought to the session and of course his yummy cakey goodness at the end! One of my very favorite aspects of being a child photographer is having the priviledge of photographing my little clients again and marveling at what a difference a few months makes in the life of a baby. Precious baby “N” was exactly 100 days old for her 3 month photo session last week.This is a special milestone in her Korean heritage and I was so happy to be able to photograph her on her special day! She’s such a sweet beautiful baby girl with lots of gorgeous hair!! Here is what she looked like for her newborn portraits just 3 months ago! I hope you enjoy your sneak peeks, “S” family!

I loved every minute of this newborn session – little miss “A” is so petite and sweet! She was awake for the first part of her session showing off her gorgeous big eyes but after a mid-session bottle, she was super sleepy for her individual newborn portraits! I have so many cute pictures of her, it was difficult narrowing down which ones to show for her sneak peek! Congratulations, “U” family – you have a beautiful family!!

Super sweet, lovely images!
This sweet little girl was so adorable in her pink petti and cowgirl boots!!! Loved her 2 yr old shirt too – the entire outfit is a photographer’s dream!Add in a pink trike and you usually have a recipe for success! Right??? Well… the weather decided to take a turn for the worse and the morning of our session, it was about 55-60 degrees and w-i-n-d-y!!! Like troopers, we went ahead with the session close to downtown Austin on a Saturday morning, where there was NO parking, so we carried all of our props (trike, check. 2 pairs of boots, check. toddler, check. bag with clothing changes, check!) up and downhill on our way to the park. Sweet little “K” (yes, her name is on her shirt!) also had a burst eardrum 2 days prior (owie!) and on antibiotics. Add in the constant cold wind against her ears… well, she was a bit unhappy. Make that a lot unhappy! Sweet girl! So we are going to try her session again soon with hopefully happier endings. I wanted to share some of the sneak peeks I got last week until we meet again.
PS. Kudos to her big brother for being such a good sport during our session last week!
