I’ve been looking forward to sharing these sneak peeks from my good friend and fellow photographer, Bethany Dawn (see her website here!) from our trip to Albuquerque early this month! We met at the most beautiful flower garden with these amazing tall wildflowers and dreamy sunlight! Twins completely tug at my heartstrings. Growing up, I had a lot of twin friends. In our neighborhood alone, we had 3 sets of twins on our block. I love the idea of growing up with someone by your side from day one, your best friend. Sharing life, friends, stories, secrets with someone who knows you better than anyone else. Never really being alone because you’ve been together since before your first breath…
These twin boys are bonded already. The only time they were truly peaceful was when they were together…

I’ve been looking forward to these sneak peeks for almost 2 weeks now! Miss “M” just turned ONE years old and while I was in Albuquerque at the beginning of this month, I had the privilege of taking her one year portraits! Her mommy made me squeal with excitement when she opened her trunk and showed me all the adorable props she brought to make her daughter’s session extra sweet! The evening light in Albuquerque was so beautiful. Ah, heaven.

These are ADORABLE!!! The perfect session Elle! Mom and daughter are so beautiful, the light, the location, the props…just perfect. My faves are the one of mom holding her up in the flower field, the one of her sitting on the ground with the balloons, the close up smiling one and the one with the suitcases. OK…I guess they are all my favorites!!! SO LOVELY!
