Growing up, I had a lot of twin friends. In our neighborhood alone, we had 3 sets of twins on our block. I love the idea of growing up with someone by your side from day one, your best friend. Sharing life, friends, stories, secrets with someone who knows you better than anyone else. Never really being alone because you’ve been together since before your first breath…

These twin boys are bonded already. The only time they were truly peaceful was when they were together…

Heavenly! That’s the only word I can think of to describe this twin newborn session. :) From the amazing private exotic ranch that the session took place at (with free roaming family groups of rhinos, giraffes, gazelles, bunnies, and many more exotic animals… I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this place was!) – to the adorable, beautiful, smiley, sleepy twin newborns I had the absolute privilege of photographing… just heavenly. One plus one equals double the fun! My favorite duo just turned one years old during their photo session – how cool is that? They were born just minutes before 12 noon and as the clock raced towards their official first birthdays, the twins were on the grass nom nom noming on their smash cakes! I was so excited when I got an email from the “K” family asking to be a part of my Layla Grace Mini Session Fundraiser! It’s been too long since I last photographed her gorgeous girls and I was so excited to see them again! The first time I met them, they were 3 months old and this summer they will be turning 2! One of my favorite things about my work is having the priviledge of photographing my families again:) I am always amazed at how much my little ones have grown and developed since the last time I saw them! The last time I saw these twins was about 14 months ago here, before they were completely mobile. This time around they gave me (and their parents) a good workout!
