Meet sweet baby “B” – she’s quite a light sleeper and much of the session was spent trying to get her back to sleep! Right before I had to go, we gave her one more opportunity to fall back asleep and when mama brought her back out, she was in a deep sleep! Yay! This sweet little baby girl slept throughout her ENTIRE newborn session – only the second baby to ever do this for me! Amazing! I’m told she’s been a champion sleeper at night too – going up to 5 hours at a time between feedings and she’s barely over a week old! She’s super adorable too and a tiny little thing – weighing around 6 lbs. A sweet baby doll to work with! Enjoy your sneak peek, “S” family!

Some of my blog readers might remember these two gorgeous twins from earlier this year. Last week I went back to see them again for their holiday portraits! They were such charmers, at least one of them was smiling in nearly every photo! I think my favorite of the session is this first sneak peek – I love their sweet little faces and especially their gorgeous eyes… such a “classic” portrait!

This beautiful baby boy and his mama drove down from Temple to see me for his newborn session – braving the cold and the rain too! This adorable family just welcomed a new baby boy into their lives! He was an alert little guy, trying to stay awake throughout his newborn session! His older brother is just as cute as can be, I think their first sneak peek is my absolute favorite sibling portrait of the year!

Oh my goodness!!! Those are all so precious! LOVE THEM!
Last Sunday (9 days ago) I had my final group of mini sessions and I’m just now posting sneak peeks of these beautiful families. In between their session date and today, I had 2 newborn sessions, 2 family sessions, Thanksgiving with our family in San Antonio, an ER visit on Friday night after my youngest son fell and broke his wrist (we also thought he had a head concussion but thankfully he did not) and a looong weekend waiting for Monday to come so we could get an appointment with a pediatric orthapedic specialist to put him into a cast. Whew. And then comes the rain…
But I digress, I had so much fun meeting 5 families on my final mini session event of the year. We had perfect warm sunny weather and Mayfield was buzzing with photographers and dressed-up families. I love this time of year! I’m sharing a lot of sneak peeks on this post so be sure to wait for them to load – they are worth it!Enjoy!
